Getting Started

Getting started is easy! Simply go to our pricing page, select the plan that fits your needs (our Starter plan is free and designed to run a small transport business at no cost), and follow the signup process. You'll be up and running within minutes. If you'd like a guided tour first, you can also book a demo with our team.

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and designed to let you run a small transport business — not just a trial. It includes all core features with up to 3 backend users, 5 mobile users, and 5 external users, with no time limit. No credit card is required to sign up.

To get started, you'll need basic information about your vehicles, drivers, and customers. Isotrax provides import tools to help you migrate data from spreadsheets or other systems. Our support team can also assist with data migration for larger implementations.
Pricing & Billing

Isotrax uses a subscription model with monthly billing. Each plan includes a base number of users, and you pay overage fees only if you exceed those limits. We measure your maximum user count each month and bill accordingly. There are no long-term contracts - you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Paddle. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with NET 30 payment terms.
Features & Functionality

Yes! We have native mobile apps for both iOS and Android, designed specifically for drivers. The apps work offline and sync automatically when connectivity is restored. The web application is also fully responsive and works on tablets and smartphones.

Yes, Isotrax provides a comprehensive REST API that allows integration with ERP systems, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, and more. API documentation is available for all customers. For Enterprise customers, we also offer custom integration support.

Our route optimization engine considers multiple factors including distance, vehicle capacity, and driver schedules. When triggered from the planning board, it calculates the most efficient sequence of stops to minimize driving time and fuel costs. Route optimization is available in Pro and Enterprise plans.
Security & Data

During signup, you can choose to have your data hosted in EU (European Union), US (United States), or APAC (Asia Pacific) data centers. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Enterprise customers can also opt for private hosting on their own infrastructure.

Yes, Isotrax is fully GDPR compliant. We are registered in Sweden and follow all EU data protection regulations. You can read more in our Privacy Policy. We also provide tools to help you comply with data subject requests.

Yes, you can export your data at any time. Isotrax provides export functionality for orders, customers, invoices, and reports in common formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). You always own your data.

Support Services

Bug fixes are included in all subscription plans at no additional cost. If you encounter a defect in Isotrax that prevents normal operation, we will work to resolve it as part of your subscription.
Paid Support

All support services beyond bug fixes are billed separately. This includes:

  • Training and onboarding assistance
  • Configuration and setup help
  • Data migration
  • Custom development
  • Integration assistance
  • General inquiries and consultations

Billed per commenced hour. We will always inform you before performing billable work and provide an estimate where possible. See Pricing for current rates.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 1-2 business days. For urgent issues affecting your production environment, please indicate this in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.
