Additional Users
Free users included
Both the Starter and Pro plans include 3 TMS users, 5 Mobile users, and 5 External users at no cost. The prices below only apply if you need additional users beyond these included tiers. Enterprise plans come with unlimited users.
Each plan includes a base number of users. If you need more, additional users are billed monthly based on your peak usage during the previous month.

How is overage charged?
We measure the number of active users daily and charge the following month based on the maximum user count recorded during the previous month.

All plans include bug fixes and platform updates at no extra cost. We continuously improve Isotrax so you always have the latest version.
Support
Paid support during business hours is available for all plans on an hourly basis.
