No. Isotrax follows the Odoo major-version cadence and ships a tested build for each supported version. Upgrades run through the standard Odoo upgrade procedure on your side, and we provide migration scripts for Isotrax models when they are needed.

Yes. Isotrax models are standard Odoo models, so Studio fields, automated actions, server actions, access rules and custom views can be added to them exactly like any other Odoo model.

Every major lifecycle event — order created, leg planned, shipment dispatched, POD captured, invoice generated — is a regular Odoo method you can override or extend in a custom module. We also ship a documented set of ir.actions.server hooks for no-code extensions.

Isotrax adds its own tables for transport orders, shipments, routes and related objects, plus a small number of fields on standard Odoo models (res.partner, product.product, fleet.vehicle, hr.employee). It never modifies core Odoo tables destructively. Storage grows linearly with transport volume — typical carriers see a few hundred MB per year per million orders.

Yes. Isotrax honours Odoo multi-company access rules end-to-end — orders, shipments, vehicles and drivers are scoped per company, with the usual cross-company rules for shared master data.

Yes. Attachments created by Isotrax (PODs, CMR scans, driver photos) use the standard ir.attachment mechanism, so fs_attachment and other OCA storage backends work out of the box.

All three. You can install from a signed .zip, pull it as a git submodule into your addons path, or add it as an addon on Odoo.sh. We ship tagged releases per Odoo major version.
